We had breakfast in the main dining room and started with the beautiful fruit plate.

Ross also ordered a Belgian waffle. It was really crisp on the outside and was the best Belgian waffle I have ever had. Ross commented that it was even better than the ones he had eaten _in_ Belgium

I had a 1/2 order (1 egg) of Eggs Benedict. It was quite tasty, although not the best I've had. Unfortunately for you, I forgot to get a picture until it was too late. The remains of my Eggs Benedict:

After breakfast, we headed into Skagway.

All these little towns sort of look the same to me. They all have the exact same jewelry, t-shirt, and Russian trinket stores. I suppose there must be someone buying diamonds or all the jewelry stores wouldn't be here, but I wish the towns were a little more distinct.
We did stop for a picture at the famous Red Onion Saloon in Skagway, AK.

Behind me is a refurbished railroad snow plow that was actually used to plow the tracks of the White Pass.

We ate a quick lunch at the Lido Buffet before our excursion. I had a chicken curry with chopped mango which was very good. All of the Asian food on the buffet has been quite good.

Ross picked up a hamburger from the Trident Grill. The sweet potato fries that came with it were very good.

Oh, and of course we each had to have one of the beautiful small tarts for dessert.
